We have a production  plant of 850 m2 in Montcada i Reixac (Barcelona) with a modern machinery that allows us to guarantee quality and agility in the parts we manufacture:

• Presses from 20 to 150 Tn with feeders up to 400 X 600 X 2,5 for progressive or phased stamping dies.
• Laser cutting machine of 2000 W and working field of 1250 X 2500.
• Laser cutting machine of 2000 W and working field of 1250 X 2500.
• CNC bending machine 1200 X 2

For second operations we have :

• • Shearing machine,
  • Grinding machine
  • Remachining machine
  • Welding: MIG, TIG, arc, resistance and capacitor discharge welding

For die making and maintenance we have: wire erosion, penetration erosion, CNC milling machine, machining center, lathe, grinding machine, drills, etc.
