Since 1997 we have been producing custom-made plastic boxes without molds or tooling by means of a cutting, folding and gluing system. With this technology it is not necessary to invest in molds or tooling, making it especially suitable for small and medium series.
We customize the boxes according to customer requirements.
Expert in the plastic sheet process, at IMA we design solutions for electronic devices adapted to small and medium productions. This process does not require tooling or mold costs. The company has an independent design office to support its customers in the realization of their projects, from design to assembly.
We provide our customers with our design expertise to ensure a product that is both aesthetically pleasing and ergonomic.
Working side by side with the parent company Atoplast, which specializes in precision sheet metal work, the two companies are able to design together products that combine plastic and sheet metal. This creative process, known as “metalplastic”, is today one of the group’s main strengths.
